FindTuition is an online platform that enables teachers to publish profiles and students to search and contact teachers.

• We do not provide educational services ourselves, verify teacher identities, or guarantee the quality, safety, or legitimacy of classes.
• Any communication, agreement, or transaction between teachers and students takes place outside our responsibility.

2. User Accounts

• Teachers and students may create accounts by providing accurate and complete information.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
• Misuse of your account will be considered your responsibility.

3. Teacher Responsibilities

• Teachers using the platform agree that:
• They are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information they provide.
• They have the right to use any photos, posters, or content uploaded.
• They will not upload misleading, offensive, defamatory, or unlawful content.
• They will respond to student inquiries in a lawful and respectful manner.

4. Content Rules

• Users must not upload or share:
• Material that infringes on copyrights or trademarks.
• Harassing, obscene, or harmful content.
• False or misleading information.
• We reserve the right to remove or suspend content or accounts at our discretion.

5. Reporting & Takedown

• Users may report fake, unlawful, or abusive content through our reporting system.
• We will review reports and may remove or suspend content or accounts.

6. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law:
• We are not liable for any loss, damage, or disputes arising from student-teacher interactions.
• We are not liable for interruptions, data loss, or technical issues affecting use of the platform.

7. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
• Teachers and students may delete their accounts at any time.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
